Cancellation Policy
At Wild Manes, we understand that life can be crazy and unpredictable. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give a minimum of 48 hours notice before the appointment. Failure to give notice will result in charging the card on file. No shows will be charged 100% of the service total. If cancelled within 24 hours 50% of the service fee will be due, but will remain as a credit in your account toward your rescheduled appointment. We appreciate your consideration and communication, as this helps us better accommodate all of our valued clients. Your comfort and satisfaction remain our top priorities, and we look forward to welcoming you back any time that works best for you!
